Refund policy
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Saucisse is a small, independent brand run by a Catherine & Martyn. Every item is custom made and printed to order, which means we don’t hold stock and returned items in most cases cannot be resold because of the many size and colour combinations. Because of this, our returns and exchanges work a little differently to high-street retailers.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the policy outlined below.
RETURNS (Change of Mind)
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The item has not been worn, washed or altered

The item is returned in original condition

The item is free from perfume, odours, pet hair or damage
Items returned in an unsuitable condition will not be accepted.
Refunds for returns
As all items are custom made to order, we do not offer cash refunds for change-of-mind returns.
Approved returns will be refunded as store credit, valid for 12 months, minus:

Any original delivery charges.
Store credit is issued only once the item has been received and inspected.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives faulty or has been misprinted, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@saucisse.dog including clear photos of the issue.
If a fault is confirmed:

We’ll offer a replacement or refund

No fees will apply

Return postage will be covered where appropriate
This does not affect your statutory rights.
EXCHANGES (Size or Colour)
We’re happy to offer one exchange per order for size or colour, subject to the following:

Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition

As all items are printed to order, exchanges are subject to a reprint & handling fee
Exchange fees

T-shirts: £10
-
Hoodies / Sweaters: £15
This fee covers the cost of reprinting and handling a brand-new item specifically for you.
Replacement items are produced only after the exchange fee has been paid.
Store credit cannot be used to cover exchange fees.
RETURN SHIPPING

Original delivery charges are non-refundable

We strongly recommend using a tracked service
Please email your tracking number to support@saucisse.dog once your return has been sent. We can’t process returns without tracking confirmation.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To cancel, please email support@saucisse.dog within this period.
As items are custom made, cancellation requests made after production has started may be refunded as store credit only.
